It's not anywhere in the source, it doesn't exist yet.
We are just getting around to making it. As you know,
GnuCash currently stores prices in actual splits stored
in accounts. We want to move away from that to storing
prices separately from accounts -- hence the 'price db',
where 'db' is used in a general sense, no sql implied.

We plan on using the price db to record historical
stock & currency prices. They will be used for reporting
and graphing purposes.
