Can't compile - problem seeing installed RPM

	That issue seemed to go away when I deleted my source tree and 
re-compiled.  Now, the issue is the following.  I built & installed Guppi

double # rpm -q Guppi
Guppi-0.35.5-1
double # rpm -q Guppi-devel

double # gnome-config --modversion
