Problem with deleting transactions

This is a problem in 1.4.11, I hope it is fixed in 1.6:

Make a transaction to an expense account an reconlice it.
Then go to the expense account and see: it is not reconciled. You delete the
transaction without really thinkinbg about it - and accounts aren't balanced
any more. (You will have immense problems on the next reconlilation).

It should be visibe that the transaction is reconciled on the bank account,
and an additional waring should apper ("This transaction is reconciled in
the other account"). Otherwise, you can makle a fault that you will never
find again.
