PriceDB Backend

Linas,

How big are we expecting the pricedb to be?  Do we really want
a "load/save" model?  I think a better approach would be:

pricedb_open()
pricedb_query()
pricedb_add()
pricedb_mod()
pricedb_del()
pricedb_close()

Otherwise, 10 years from now, you'll be download a LOT of
pricedb cruft every time you open/close the db....
