g-wrap 1.3.1 vs. 1.2.1

It appears that g-wrap 1.2.1 and 1.3.1 both supply the same library
version numbers, which means you cannot have both of them installed at
the same time. This means that you can't have both GC 1.6.x (for
normal users) and GC-CVS for development, at the same time.
This is, IMHO, a _MAJOR_ bug. If you're going to make an incompatible
library change, the least you could do is change the .so number. For
all practical points, .so.2.0.0 should be equivalent to .so.2.0.0,
regardless of whether it was built from 1.2.1 or 1.3.1. Or, at least,
ld.so certainly thinks this is the case.
