g-wrap 1.3.1 vs. 1.2.1

On a related note, is 1.2.1 the recommended version to use with gnucash?
I've been doing some leg work for the debian package maintainer (until
he gets caught up after a busy time) of g-wrap and debian is currently
using 1.1.11.
