Derek,
I have quickbooks. If you want to implement a business app, don't do it 
by copying what they have done - its very pretty, but has no flexibilty 
to it whatsoever that I could see. The "Do things our way" approach can 
be avoided.

Anyway - I'm too stressed with other things at the moment (excess 
hassles with our main business, right on top of my exam period for my 
final semester), but would be quite happy in a couple of weeks to 
provide suggestions, feedback and comments on your ideas, and I can even 
dig out our cash register from storage and fire up quickbooks to really 
work out what about it I didn't like.
