Reconcile and 'include child-accouts' option in 1.6.4

When I run the reconcile, seem like changing the "include child-accounts"
option only affects the next time I run the reconcile. So if I want to change
it, I end up having to:

- Click reconcile.
- Change the child-accounts option and hit OK.
- Cancle this reconciliation.
- Click reconcile again (the option is right this time).
- Click OK.
- Proceed to reconcile.

Is that normal? Bug? Undocumented feature?
