ltdl.h / -lltdl

Gnucash does not check for the location of ltdl.h or -lltdl.  This
makes it challenging if they are not installed in the existing
system-path.  Perhaps we can add a configure check to find them
and add the directory to the default cppflags/ldflags settings?

Maybe this should be done only with a configure option:
	--with-ltdl-path=...
