New Installment of new Users Guide

Hi all, I've uploaded a new installment of the new Gnucash Users Guide.
For those of you who missed the exciting table of contents ;-)

This represents basically a straight markup of the work Carol did for
the new manual. I haven't altered any of the text. There is still a lot
more to do (I'm kinda slow but I'm getting to it). Once I've got this
done we can look at how best to add to it and incorporate the bits we
want to keep from the old manual.
