Well, the version numbers are not really "wrong", it rather seems to be that 
some credit institutes only provide a limited set of jobs for HBCI protocol 
version 2.01 (which is rather ourdated anyway). 

Meanwhile I heard from at least three people (including me, ... well, I didn't 
really *hear* it from *myself* ;-) that switching to HBCI protocol version 
2.10 solved this problem.
