GnuCash 1.7.5 never displays

I'm assuming Roland started by trying to install the binary package
built by Wilddev, in which case the guile and guppi dependencies will be
whatever Wilddev had installed when he built that package (apparently
guile 1.4 and guppi 0.40). That is the only reason I can see why
anything would be saying guile and guppi needed upgrading over a stock
RH7.2.

In this case, just building from source without upgrading those packages
would also havw worked. When building from source, whatever the standard
guile and guppi packages on RH7.2 will be sufficient. Only g-wrap needs
to be upgraded.
