autoconf problem

Hi,
While thinking of attempting my first CVS build of gnucash,
I got the output below from the autogen.sh script. My first
guess would be that there is a problem with my autoconf=20
installation, but just a guess. If this would seem to be
the case to y'all as well, and somebody would be willing
to dig into their autoconf macros and tell me what provides
the AC_PROG_INTLTOOL, that'd be great.
