gnucash & csv data

Hello,

Since two weeks, my bank (Fortis in Belgium) offers me the possibility to 
download a file containing the last operations made on my personnal account 
(up to 10 weeks back). 

This file is written in the simple ascii csv format officially for 
compatibility with Access, MsMoney and Excell table.

Does a way exist in gnucash to exploit the data of this file ?
If yes, is it possibile to take account of the column names of the table 
inside this file to allow the good filling of the gnucash data ?
