Basic support for Lots

FYI,


A basic level of support for Lots has been completed in the gnucash cvs
tree.  (as of about 10 days ago).

-- lots are supported in the engine
-- lots can be saved & restored in the xml file
-- lots are not yet supported by the postgres backend
-- fifo's haven't been implemented
-- partitioning into books don't yet use lots.
