regWindowLedger doesn't have menu extensions anymore

Since the gnc-split-reg change, the gnc_extension menu items in the register 
are no longer there. Obviously the call gnc_extensions_menu_setup_with_data 
it still performed in regWindowLedger(), but the menu extension might get 
added to menus that aren't used anymore. Jsled, can you have a look? The 
problem is that I can't use any HBCI functions if this is not working. :-(
