Using newer versions of guile and g-wrap

What version of Gnucash?  Gnucash-1.6 can ONLY use g-wrap < 1.3.0 
(i.e. it REQUIRES g-wrap 1.2.x or 1.1.11).  Also, all versions require
guile <= 1.5.x.
