window-register v. gnc-regwidget

There is a LOT of duplicated code between window-register and
gnc-regwidget.  Which code is actually in use?  Can we consolidate
this somehow?  I need to make some changes, but I don't want to have
to make changes in BOTH places.  Once is enough...
