Yes, we do.  Each split->account->commodity can be unique, and none of
them have to be the txn->currency.

I'm not sure how this really applies to Lots.  With a lot you just
have to make sure you have the same txn->currency in all the splits in
the lot (to make sure the split->value is in the same currency).
