Yeah, these changes I did involved moving chapters around, and changing 
their names.  :)

Hopefully the kind of stuff that won't get done all the time.

However... Derek and I have recently (post 1.8.5) been working on the 
text for a new Business Intro chapter.  This will require renumbering 
all the chapters from 11 on up.  This is the kind of stuff that kills us.

You know what?  I just found the GC docs using yelp on my RedHat9 
system.  It doesn't seem any different (yelp) than our independent help 
browser... except that it seems *really* slow.  Ah, progress!
