I've attached the latest documentation Appendix B (The FAQ!) for your
perusal...

One question; does anyone know if the printed version of <ulink>
displays the url? If so, I can name the links instead of showing them in
their full "http://etc" glory.

Now I guess it's on to perusing the list archives to identify any FAQ's
there.
