Gnucash 1.7.5: problem with files from 1.7.2 version

We could do that, but it might be "better" to just provide the code to
upgrade the currency from RUB->RUR...  Hopefully you can get to it.
If not, then hopefully somoene else can.  Unfortunately it didn't make
1.7.7.
