GnuCash 1.7.8 problem with Scheduled Transaction on 31st/Last

I believe I had fixed this, but apparently haven't.  Grrr.

Please file a bug at bugzilla.gnome.org.  I'll try to get to this
this weekend; if the fix is simple I may be able to get it into 1.8.0
... otherwise, 1.8.1.
