Is there a reason there are no entries for the "tutorial and concepts 
guide" in src/scm/help-topics-index.scm?  It seems that the guide would 
be easier to use if we did have help-topics defined.

Yeah, this means new translatable strings...

I started adding entries like what I have below (not complete, just to 
give you an idea).  Is this something acceptable to do?  If so, let me 
know and I'll finish it.
