This is low priority, but it would be nice to dis-entagle the conversion
from the install process.  I'm building the docs on a machine which
will never run gnucash; I was hoping to not build as root ... and 
also, it would be nice to have a pdf target.  Again, low priority, but 
if you trip over a way on how to add this, please do ..
