That would be good.  I don't understand the 'tarball' comment. No need
to include the html in the 'source' distro.

Umm, is there any place where the current spanish, portuguese & 
french docs are maintained, or is the web site te only place right now?

Also, any idea of what the provenenance of the TXF categories are?
These look suspiciously like they were copied from somewhere; hopefully,
not from Quicken or anything like that ...  wouldn't want to get tangled
in a SCO-like suit.
