AFAIK the only docs submitted in another language is the german ones
Christian started. So I guess the other language ones you mention above
are independent efforts by the people on those websites.

Not sure what you're referring to, if its the txf-categories.xml file
that is basically just and xml version of what was in the sgml docs from
1.4/1.6 or whenever they were created. Not sure who wrote them or even
where they came from.
