chapter 2 tutorial and guide

This is the diff and images for chapter 2 of the tutorial and guide.  I 
didn't send this to patches- because I don't think it is ready yet.

Issues left for chapter2 (as far as I can tell):

What gnome theme was used for the images in the tutorial and guide?  I 
cannot match it exactly...

How was the "shadow" created for the images?  (I am gimp-capable, no 
problem, I just want to match it exactly)

Should section 2.3 be subsection-ified?

Should section 2.3 contain all the preferences?

Summary of changes:

2.1.1. Files, Accounts and Transactions
-added thesis sentence to "files" paragraph.
-switched sentence 2 and sentence 1 in "account" paragraph.

2.2.3. Account Tree Window
-rebuilt the figures/mainwin.png to reflect the "Simple Checkbook" tree,
  instead of showing nothing.
-added some text to the "Account Tree Window" section saying that the
  account tree shown was created by selecting the "Simple Checkbook"
  accounts.

2.2.5. Tool Bar Buttons
-added a description for the "close" button

2.3 Setting Preferences
-rebuilt the figures/preference.png image, it looks completely
  different now.
-removed "Transaction Matcher" pref item from text in opening paragraph,
  doesn't exist.
-added the "business: Notify Bills Due" preference
-added the "general: Use file compression" preference

2.8 Putting It All Together
-rebuilt the figures/gcashdata.png image
-rebuilt the figures/gcashdata2.png image
-the comment under the gcashdata2.png changed to say "...display options"
  instead of "...preferences".
