CVS churn on QOF port is done for now

I think I'm done for a while, its safe to go back in there.

I did *not* translate any files that use gnome, so that the gnome2
merge is not adversly affected.

If you want to update other files, the src/engine/xlate.pl script
will do the needed name conversions.
