CVS update: gnucash/src/engine

I'm not sure we want to limit this to trading accounts.  Lots are also
used heavily in A/R and A/P accounts, and we probably want to use them
in Credit Card accounts, too (in order to handle "cash accounting" as
opposed to accrual accounting).
