Yes, these are the "obsolete" entries. When the po file is converted into the
binary message catalog (.gmo file), these are simply ignored. If they are
used at all in the future, then only through you, the translator. In other
words, you can simply delete them unless you think you might need them some
time in the future. Which is usually not the case except for some very simply
and straightforward examples.
