There are currenly no automated tools.

I am planning on adding a gnucash-fr mailing list.  You could help with
that by supplying 3 things:

a 5-10 word description of the mailing list (in french)
a 20-100 word description  (in french)
a 40-200 word announcement for posting on the gnucash home page, in
french.
