[PATCH] Silence gtk errors in dialog-budget-category.c

Applied.  In the future, please send patches to gnucash-patches
instead of gnucash-devel, or file a bug report with the [patch]
keyword.  Finally, please create a 'diff' from the top-level directory,
not the subdirectory where the file resides, otherwise I need
to find the proper subdirectory in order to apply the patch.
