Subject: Addition to Gnucash docu (fwd)

On the request of Mr. "peaceful" Warlord I'm sending attached a patch
against the gnucash guide which shortly explains how to display and
configure stock values in reports. Also attached are the two images that
go along with it. I hope that's OK.

I checked the patch, but I can't build the docu [1], so I don't know if
the patch is syntactically correct.
