I just fired up my freshly installed FC4 laptop, checked out cvs,
installed all the necessary development libraries, compiled gnucash, and
ran it.  The commands I used were:

	CC=gcc32 ./autogen.sh --prefix=/opt/gnucash/g2
	make
	make install
	/opt/gnucash/g2/bin/gnucash --nofile

What exact problems are you having?
