OK, after a better change:

$ vi qof/gnc-numeric.c
#include "gnc-numeric.h"
#include "qofmath128.c"

$ make distcheck
$ tar -tzf qof-0.6.0.tar.gz
...
qof-0.6.0/qof/qofmath128.h
...
qof-0.6.0/qof/qofmath128.c
...

qofobject.h

Formerly, qofmath128.c and qofmath128.h where both there in QOF.
