Compilation problem with trunk

My apologies if I came across as accusatory - I didn't mean to.  This 
was a problem with my environment - svn hadn't switched branches 
properly when I moved from the gnucash-gnome2-dev branch to trunk.  
gnc_date_activates_default didn't exist in that branch, but does in 
trunk.  Sorry for the confusion.
