Suggestion noted..  However they are not installed.  We've got plenty
of "out of date" and "completely useless" documentation still in the
tree.  I see little reason to remove it just because of that.

As for being misleading, well, who ever said you could use the dtd
for anything?  Who even said the xml was valid in the first place?
(Note that gnucash doesn't even create namespace definitions).
