Sorta. The question numbering is whacked out. The numbering doesn't seem to 
follow the heading levels. And the TOC created doesn't seem to work. You 
click on the links and nothing happens. It should take you to the 
question/section. And, if you notice with the GnuCashFaq on gnomesupport.org, 
you can edit each individual question/section. Can that be done with the 
"aftermarket" plugin TOC?
