Compiling on Fedora Rawhide

If you want to install libgsf-1.12.1 alongside 1.12.3 (manually
into /opt or something), then you should be able to compile gnucash2/cvs
right now.  Or, yes, you could wait, and we'll eventually find a
solution that requires no specific user action.
