Yes.

In addition to the FC4 glib2.6/gtk2.6/gnome2.10 libraries, I also have a
full set of glib2.4/gtk2.4/gnome2.8 libraries with full debugging
symbols in my /opt partition.  I can compile gnucash against the
standard FC4 libraries, or I can compile gnucash against the /opt
versions by setting the LD_LIBRARY_PATH and PKG_CONFIG_PATH variables.
In fact I normally compile against the gtk2.4 version because that
matches the stated target platform of FC3.
