Error building gnucash 1.8.12 on OpenSuSE 10.0

Ok, I'll stick with your answer, but still I#am interested in the Why?.
Perhaps I'll find out some day, perhaps not ;)

The thing is, it is the SAME spec file for both, so i can say, this is 
not the reason.
Could be the second with a different autoconf, but i do not have the 
knowledge to judge on this.
