GnuCash Guide CH8

Attached is a TAR of the updated screen-shots for GnuCash V2.0 Guide for
Investing chapter (currently 8).  Also included is the SVN -DIFF and the
new XML.


I've added details on creating a new security/commodity and selling stock at
a loss.

I also changed the sequence of section Dividends to just before the To-Do.
Also broke apart the section on creating Stock account from the
Purchase/Selling of stocks.


I'm most interested in comments on the stock sales area.

All the previous invest*.png files in the "figures" folder should be
deleted, then replaced with the new files.
