links in documents

Hi

I see that we are not using the various link possibilities that exists in
docbook? For instance

<para>
  For more inforamtion please check here
  <xref linkend="cc-together-interest2"></xref>
  or
  <link linkend="cc-puttoget-reports">report</link>
  section, or why not
  <link linkend="cbook-puttoget-reports">check book reports</link>
</para>

The first link <xref> will automatically fill in chapter number and
heading, this would directly remove about 2-3 bugs in bugzilla where we
are refering to wrong chapters.

Any comments?
