<nitpick-mode>Actually, instead of writing

   ui_DATA = gnc-plugin-ofx-ui.xml
   EXTRA_DIST = $(ui_DATA)

we could as well write

   dist_ui_DATA = gnc-plugin-ofx-ui.xml
