www.gnucash.org updates

We're going to continue to see the beginning-of-the-(fiscal)-year bump
in interest in gnucash for the next few weeks.  It'd be really nice if
the links from www.gnucash.org were updated to be correct.

Specifically:

- "Wiki/FAQ" to http://wiki.gnucash.org/wiki/

- "Browse Source" to http://svn.gnucash.org/trac/browser/

- "CVS Access" to http://wiki.gnucash.org/wiki/Subversion

  [Ideally, http://www.gnucash.org/en/hacking.phtml would be updated 
   to note the wiki location as well.]


It would be even better if all committers could update the content on
www.gnucash.org ... perhaps we can set up something to update from a new
subversion module periodically and/or when changes are committed?
