[PATCH] Updated Norwegian Translation & Account Chart

Hello,

Please find attached:

-Norwegian Account chart (only a couple of these translated just to add
the chart to the trunk)
-Updated Norwegian Bokmaal Translation 2148 Out of 3414 Translated.

NB: Please check the account for errors, I don't know if there is any way
to check this... The only ones wich is changed in these files is the
business & the carloan thing.

With these updated, can i then only do a make install in the account/nb
folder to install the changes when i'm editing them?
