[PATCH] Updated Norwegian Translation & Account Chart

Applied to SVN. As you said, they are not yet translated, but they will be 
installed now. However, for whatever reason they don't seem to work yet; 
maybe you need to remove all but one file from the 
$prefix/share/gnucash/accounts/nb directory and check that one by one.

To test: Run "LANG=nb_NO gnucash" and see which ones show up in the File->New 
wizard. At that time gnucash will simply read the content of all files in the 
$prefix/share/gnucash/accounts/nb  directory.
