[PATCH] Updated Norwegian Translation, Accounts & Strings

These accounts will be modified later to fit to "Norwegian" system.
(Christian, why is the full accounts not "marked" for installation? are
you not normally using these? It is showing up in the list together with
loan, business .... but without description or any accounts in it.. a bit
misleading.. And the file is in the
/opt/gnucash/shared/Gnucash/accounts/nb folder as well..)

I also had to change the format to UTF-8 for a the translated files...
looks like both conglomerate XML & the gedit editor ignores the ISO tag..
Is there some programs to convert the files back to the ISO format again,
or is it OK if the files stays in UTF.. I have installed/checked all the
accounts and they are working.

BTW. I tryed out the accounts by making a bill, and an invoice. when I
posted it, they showed up in the general ledger with the notes/names and
everything, but the funds in & out where missing, even when i made a
pyment, no numbers showed up... I sthis normal behaviour for the current
state of GnuCash?
