[PATCH] Updated Norwegian Translation, Accounts & Strings

The 'full' tree is there as a helper for you.  By selecting the full
set of accounts a user should effectively get what you get in the
'full' file.   It's not installed because the user already has
the option to include everything..   It's just there to make your
life easier, to make sure all the common accounts use the same information.

Thanks fine.  Just be sure to mark the xml as utf-8.

This is a known bug in SVN.  Posting invoices doesn't work.  I haven't
looked into it.
